Once you place your order, whether it's a stocked item or a personalized piece, we promptly forward it to our trusted network of suppliers' production teams. The production process typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks. In the event that your order is ready before or after this estimated timeframe, we will promptly notify you.

ONE YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY TO THE INVOICE ADDRESS:

The traditional and master craftmanship, together with your correct handling and reasonable usage, should ensure long lasting satisfactory service. On this basis, we offer to service our products in terms of a 1 YEAR SERVICE WAREANTY, which will operate in the following manner:

WORKMANSHIP, MATERIALS AND COMPONENTS:

Excluding items specified in the paragraph below. During this period Couch Comfort Warehouse will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge, other than transport costs (if any).

FABRIC AND FOAM:

The guarantee / warranty does not extend to the fabric and foam, as these are not manufactured at our original manufacturers. We reserve the right to refuse service when products is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to misuse, improper installation or any causes other than defective workmanship or material. The warranty becomes operational on the date on which the Formal Invoice is send out to you.

Please note that there will be no guarantee of fabrics fading due to the natural tendency caused by exposure of direct sunlight. Due to dye batches and fading Couch Comfort Warehouse cannot be responsible for exact color matching of fabrics bought at different times.

• MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR INVOICE RECORDS.

THE GOLDEN RULE:

• NEVER apply anything to your sleeper couch other than clean, warm water on a clean, soft cloth.
• This means NO chemicals, household cleansers, or dish washing agents.
• In the event that your couch needs to be cleaned we suggest you contact a professional upholstery cleaner. Dirty marks can be cleaned with upholstery cleaner at your own risk.

OTHER GUIDELINES:

• Wring out excess water before using the cloth or sponge and pat the area afterwards with a dry towel.
• Wipe any spills or liquid immediately; do not let them sit. In most cases, this should only require a damp cloth.
• Vacuum or dust the sleeper couch as part of your regular household cleaning routine.
• Don’t expose your sleeper couch to direct sunlight, and don’t place heaters close to your couch.
• Zips are fitted on many cushions to aid manufacture only; covers are not designed to be removed.
• Even light dust and dirt will increase wear on the fabric and can dull the colors, giving a faded appearance.
• Regular cleaning is essential.
• Occasionally vacuum your upholstery and go over it with a soft brush. Never use a stiff fiber or metal brush as this will damage the fabric.

To assemble your new sleeper couch, start by lifting the base vertically to attach the top pillow cushioning to its back. Then, place them back down on the floor and slide them into the couch’s frame together. Finally, put the firm and supportive back cushions on top. And there you have it – a 2-in-1 magic sleeper couch!

PLEASE NOTE:

Sometimes, there is a screw at the bottom of the sleeper couch area that holds the sliding part of the sleeper couch in place during transport or handling. To remove this sliding mechanism, tilt the couch backward and unscrew the single screw located at the center.

Always begin operating your sleeper couch from the center. Slide the base outwards from the center and position the back cushions underneath for support in the designated areas. Fold the cushioning center out onto the base. There you have it—an elongated, flat, and ready-to-use sleeper couch.
